Loaded with oatmeal cookies, this oatmeal milkshake is crunchy, creamy, and decadent all at once. Crispy oatmeal cookies are crushed to complete this milkshake. To make them vegan, we substituted shortening for the butter. You can also buy and use vegan oatmeal cookies.

If you really want to take this to the next level, top with vegan whipped cream, more crushed cookies, and more caramel sauce.
