  • 500 grams beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon calamansi juice (or lemon juice)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (for the rice)
  • 4 large eggs
  • Cooking oil for frying


  1. In a bowl, combine beef, garlic, soy sauce, calamansi juice, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a pan, heat some oil and fry the marinated beef slices until they are browned and cooked. Set aside.
